We have the great pleasure of announcing that effective August 1, 2012, Grimshaw & Harring merged with the Kansas City – based firm of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne.  The Denver office is now Spencer Fane & Grimshaw LLP. Nothing has changed with respect to our location and phone numbers, except our sign.  The names and faces you have become accustomed are also the same, as is our 55+ years of personal attention, high-quality service, careful advice, practical solutions and dedication to our clients.
