Grimshaw & Harring, P.C. welcomes Mr. Bergstrom as the newest Special Counsel attorney to join our robust legal team, bringing a wealth of additional knowledge in Business, Real Estate and Transactional law.
Mr. Bergstrom will continue to focus his practice on business, real estate and related tax law, assisting his clients with a wide variety of legal needs, including structuring and forming all types of business entities; business succession through acquisition, mergers, reorganization, family planning and/or asset and equity sales; financing transactions; negotiating and drafting contracts; general business counseling; documenting the financing and structuring of real estate ventures and a variety of tax matters.
