$30 Million Private Equity Transaction

Paul Hanley successfully assisted a client in closing a complex transaction involving a $30 million private placement of its securities. The transaction involved the sale of preferred equity interests and warrants to a private equity firm. The transaction necessitated a recapitalization of the client, including redemptions of certain equity interests, cash distributions with respect to other interests, a recapitalization of a parent company, and a restructuring of outstanding warrants.
