Grimshaw & Harring, P.C. welcomes Mr. Kaplan, who has joined the firm as Special Counsel. Mr. Kaplan brings his significant experience in public and private offerings, municipal bond financings, loan transactions, tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, and various other Federal and state securities matters.
Mr. Kaplan will continue to advise business entities, including political subdivisions and non-profit organizations, on corporate governance matters. He will also continue his municipal bond practice, representing underwriters, borrowers, banks and issuers in almost every kind of municipal bond transaction, from healthcare to housing.
