Grimshaw & Harring, P.C. welcomes Philip A. Pearlman as Special Counsel in the area of Bankruptcy law. Mr. Pearlman brings his decades of experience to the firm and continues to emphasize bankruptcy administration and bankruptcy litigation. Since 1981, he has represented creditors, post-petition lenders, creditors’ committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and Chapter 11 trustees, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Faculty of Federal Advocates. He is also a founding member our Special Assets Restructuring Group, created specifically to assist our financial institution clients who find themselves dealing with an ever-increasing portfolio of non-performing and under-performing assets.
