Grimshaw & Harring is a successor of the former law partnership of Calkins, Kramer, Grimshaw & Harring, which was founded in 1956. Since its inception over 50 years ago, we have been at the forefront of providing legal services to clients in the Rocky Mountain region.
We are also the exclusive Denver, Colorado, member of Meritas, one of the world’s largest and most respected legal resources. Meritas itself is an integrated, non-profit alliance of more than 170 independent commercial and business law firms, located in over 60 countries, on six continents, and in almost 250 cities. We are one of the original tenants of what is now the Wells Fargo Center, known also as “the Cash Register Building,” in downtown Denver. We are located at the intersection of Lincoln Street, 17th Avenue and Sherman Street, on the 38th Floor. The Wells Fargo Center is the most prominent building in the downtown Denver skyline and is arguably one of the finest Class “AA” office properties in the Western United States, rising 52 stories above Denver. Parking is available in the Center’s parking garage on Sherman Street across from the tower, as well as at meters around the building and in other public lots in the vicinity.
