Grimshaw & Harring’s construction law practice entails counseling clients at all stages of a construction project, from inception through completion. Our construction law expertise, coupled with our real estate, finance, land use, and local government practices, allows us to offer a full complement of legal services to clients involved in all aspects of construction projects. We represent public and private owners, architects, engineers, land surveyors, lenders, investors, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Our attorneys are experienced in drafting and negotiating the contracts required for both simple and complex construction projects, including contracts between owners and contractors as well as other professionals such as architects, engineers and land planners. We counsel clients regarding construction related financing needs, and we have experience in resolving disputes between owners, contractors and subcontractors. We also have extensive experience in mechanics lien remedies and bond claims for government construction projects.
