We advise personal representatives regarding the administration of an estate, assisting in the preparation of the inventory, gathering of assets, payment of claims, distribution of assets, and final accounting.
Our firm’s attorneys have numerous years of experience in estate planning, preparing wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Our estate planning group also utilizes the experience of our corporate attorneys in forming limited liability companies, limited liability limited partnerships, family partnerships, and other business entities for estate planning purposes.
