Our community association are available to draft, review, and amend governing , address covenant enforcement issues and assessment collection (including foreclosures), provide general corporate advice, review insurance policies and available coverage, attend board meetings, and provide prompt responses to matters of utmost importance to our community association clients. We have advised our clients on various issues including transition from developer control, covenant enforcement litigation, employment disputes, contested elections, conducting annual and special meetings, disputes with vendors, and related matters.
