David Edstrom works directly for issuers and underwriters in the authorization and issuance of municipal bonds in public and private projects for all types of municipal agencies. He has been involved in a myriad of different projects, including the financing and refinancing of hospitals, airports, schools and colleges, public buildings, streets and roads, water, and sanitary sewers. Dave also worked on the first lease-purchase financings in Colorado, way before the state court approved the method.
