Mr. Hunsaker represents clients in a wide variety of transactional matters and concentrates his practice in the fields of special districts, land use, and real estate. He is active in the Douglas County community, including service on the Board of Directors of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. As a former naval officer, Jim served aboard the USS Antietam (CG 54) and was decorated for service during Operation Desert Shield.
Born in Los Angeles, California , February 28, 1966; Admitted to practice: 1997, Colorado and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado; 2000, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
