Rick Kron, AICP, joined Grimshaw & Harring in 1987. His practice concentrates almost exclusively on special districts, business improvement districts, intergovernmental authorities and Colorado election law. Mr. Kron holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning and a B.A. LAS (Political Science) from the University of Illinois-Urbana, an M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Before and during law school, he worked for several years in community energy research at Argonne National Laboratory in Argonne, Illinois.
