Phil Pearlman has decades of experience in all areas of bankruptcy law, with an emphasis on bankruptcy administration and bankruptcy litigation. Specifically, he has represented creditors, post-petition lenders, creditors’ committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and Chapter 11 trustees in hundreds of cases from 1981 forward.
Mr. Pearlman received a B.A. degree in Physics from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1975 and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1980. Mr. Pearlman is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Colorado, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Pearlman is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Faculty of Federal Advocates, the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and he is rated “AV-Preeminent” (5.0 out of 5) from Martindale-Hubbell.
