Ms. Harring’s practice includes both real estate and real estate finance, emphasizing the negotiation and closing of acquisitions, exchanges and sales of commercial properties and residential subdivisions, construction, interim and permanent loans, and workouts involving non-performing loans and assets. She has had extensive experience with foreclosures and receiverships, mechanics’ lien claims, commercial leasing, construction and asset management contracts, and related matters. She has advised lender, developer and investor clients on the purchase, sale and financing of properties ranging from vacant land to commercial, industrial and residential projects, including hotels, motels, athletic clubs, restaurants and bars, office buildings, apartment projects, mini-warehouses, industrial warehouses and shopping centers.
