Recruiting at Grimshaw & Harring starts locally.   While we have a long standing Summer Clerk program, we do not hire a new class of attorneys each year.  Rather, we hire new associates only after assessing our long term needs.  We take pride in the fact that we have grown thoughtfully over the last fifteen years, hiring when necessary to achieve a long term growth plan, rather than simply to grow larger.
